1. State of Good Repair. Request robust FY2022 appropriations for the Federal-State Partnership State of Good and Consolidated Rail Infrastructure and Safety Improvements (CRISI).

Increase Funding. Increase funding, reduce non-federal match requirements, and expand eligibility for Better Utilizing Investments to Leverage Development (BUILD), Infrastructure for Rebuilding America (INFRA), and Competitive Discretionary Grant Programs (e.g. CRISI) to support rail and transit infrastructure projects.
